Carol Reynolds was our agent for both buying and selling a property of ours in Canada. When we were looking to buy, she was very interested in really understanding our needs and the priority of our must haves.  She was always extremely responsive to any call or email during the process and she had a very good list of houses for us to see.  We saw a house we fell in love with the first day.  Carol was extremely instrumental in helping us understand market equivalents and negotiating with the buyers and was great in pointing out why this particular house was a good investment for the future. (she was right, see below )   She is meticulous with the details of closing which we much appreciated since we were buying from another country and didn't know Canadian rules.  We absolutely loved our house - it couldn't have been more perfect for us.
 

Five years later we were in a position where it  made sense to sell this same house and nothing in our price range was selling in our area.  Carol was extremely aggressive and creative in marketing the house which resulted in us selling swiftly and at a very good price when no other house in that area in that price range sold all summer.

Carol is a real pleasure to work with.  She clearly is exceptionally experienced and knows the industry.  She is meticulous in wanting to understand your needs and finding the perfect house. Plus she makes what can be a very stressful process a joy. We highly recommend her.
